The Judge Group is seeking a Business Analyst where he/she will be based in the Product Management organization with a reporting relationship to the Senior Product Manager.
This person will work closely with Product Management, Development, Professional Services and customers to support the design, development and implementation of new and enhanced functionality within our next generation Financial Crime Control products. The candidate will be a highly focused self-starter with the ability to work proactively and independently and handle multiple projects at the same time.
Responsibilities include:
• translate business requirements from Product Management into relevant new features and functionality; work across business and technology organizations to consistently refine these features and functionality to meet customer needs
• produce clear and effective written documentation, including comprehensive Functional Specifications and product documentation, at an appropriate level of detail for use by others who conduct their work based on this documentation
• support quality and testing related processes, including bug resolutions
• communicate status, open issues and issue resolution to project teams and manager in a timely manner
