          Citizens Financial Group Regional Sr Credit Officer in Boston Massachusetts United States

          Responsibilities
          Highly visible senior management leadership role requiring independence, decisiveness and strong interpersonal skills combined with the ability to prioritize and operate in a multitasked and geographically dispersed environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


          • Insure compliance with Credit Policy.

          • Daily and weekly approvals of significant and insignificant credit amendments, waivers, etc for the assigned portfolio.

          • Schedule, facilitate and manage the SCR quarterly review process, including quality control of reports.

          • Schedule, facilitate and manage the Pre-PER and PER review process, including quality control of reports.

          • Provide technical advice and assistance to relationship managers in the evaluations and restructuring of individual transactions.

          • Respond to external regulators re scheduling of audits and questions re audit results. Manage and facilitate the Credit Review process.

          • Credit related projects as required on a periodic basis.

          • Serve as designated representative on various committees on a periodic basis.

          • Manage Credit Policy projects on a periodic basis.

          • Interface with Team Leaders and Relationship managers re preparation and review of SNC transactions.
            Qualifications
            Bachelor's degree in financially oriented major.

          Masters degree preferred.

          10-15 years of commercial credit experience- line lending experience of five years strongly preferred.

          Senior level communication/interpersonal, coaching and negotiation skills

          Hours and Work Schedule
          Hours per Week: 40
          Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
