          Overview
          This position is part of Hill Holliday''s established consumer healthcare practice (DTC/Rx and OTC), which is growing its relationship marketing (RM) client base.
          The right person for this role will ask, then answer, the question, how can we deliver better patient outcomes by improving patient treatment adherence via motivating RM programs? He/she will use research and other inputs to develop impactful RM program contact strategies, insightful creative briefs, and program performance (ROI) projections.

          Responsibilities:
          * Research Development & Analysis:
          *
          * Works with research team to define research objectives
          * Conducts online/offline research to fill gaps in consumer/patient insight
          * Analyzes research—primary, syndicated, program results—to develop findings and insights that spark the creative development process
          * Contact Strategy Development:
          * Using research and other inputs, develop detailed RM program contact strategies, including rationale for recommendations on: targeting/segmentation, messaging, offers, content, communications channels and frequency
          * Capable of developing strategies for implementation across online and offline channels
          * Based on RM program cost estimates and performance projections, develop ROI estimate(s), possibly based on various cost and performance scenarios
          * Recommend appropriateness of branded vs. unbranded RM program communications
          * Creative Briefs:
          *
          * Work with brand planner(s) to ensure understanding of brand objectives and creative platform
          * Creates inspiring, relevant RM program creative briefs that translate insight into ideas that can work across several communications channels
          * Identify content that can be deployed to pay-off RM program’s communications’ messaging
          * Works with campaign management and back end operation teams to develop campaign business rules
          * Optimization:
          * Work with analytics team to evaluate the effectiveness of RM programs, then make recommendations for optimization
          * Write informed points of view (POVs) and client recommendations to optimize and improve the Client’s success
          * Competitive Tracking:
          *
          * Tracks competitive and marketplace activities and is able to identify and communicate implications for client
           
          Requirements:
          * Minimum 5-10 years recent experience in RM and/or digital environment
          *
          * Innate curiosity and aptitude to learn about disease conditions, medical treatments, patients, and what motivates them towards a positive outcome
          * Proven experience using quantitative and qualitative research with an ability to find and adapt insights
          * Clear written and verbal presentation skills and style. Further, demonstrable ability to lead a room/remote team in thinking with ability to present in a manner that influences and leads others around a great idea
          * Self-starter who goes above and beyond on tasks
          * Collaborator who welcomes ideas from any discipline
          * Desire to be part of a creative environment and is excited to be part of the creative process
          * Demonstrable comfort working simultaneously on multiple accounts/brands with varying deadlines
