Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Assist the Restaurant Manager with all front of hourse operations
-Assist the Kitchen Manager with all back of house operations for -Ability to cook, taste, and evaluate menu items to ensure guest satisfaction
-Assit the Kitchen Manager to oversee food standards, purchasing, inventories, and staffing in order to meet profitability plans and revenue plans, while maintaining customer satisfaction
-To ensure proper safety and sanitation standards are practiced daily and that established American Girl standards are met.
-Requires problem solving abilities and initiation of activities
-Execute all job functions in accordance with established American Girl processes and policies.
Requirements:
Experience/Skills:
-2 years experience managing a team of 15 or more employees in a fast pace restaurant environment
-1 year of college preferred in the area of Culinary or related field
-Current State Sanitation Certification, Serve Safe, HACCP
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Well-developed computer skills essential; must be a skilled user of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
-Work schedule requires evening and weekend work.
