          Duties & Responsibilities
          Supports both the Associate Provost for Social Science and the Professions and the Associate Provost for Science. Ensures the effective management of all office-related tasks for the two associate provosts, and is responsible for all logistical tasks designed to ensure the smooth functioning of their offices and meetings.
          Specific duties include, but are not limited to: 1) Calendar management, and correspondence for the two associate provosts; 2)schedules and organizes all regular meetings; 3) Compile relevant data for briefings/reports; 4) Prepare materials for meetings; 5) Provide follow up as needed after meetings; 5) Process web vouchers and Pcard transactions; 6) Make travel arrangements; 7) maintaining filing systems and databases and 8) Perform other office duties as needed to support the Office of the Provost.
          Basic Qualifications Three years of related office experience. Extensive experience with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) required. Strong personal, written and verbal communication skills. Solid experience working with and supporting senior staff. Must sign a confidentiality agreement.
          Additional Qualifications Strong preference for bachelor''s degree. Ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects with the capacity to prioritize and work under deadlines. High level of independent judgment, discretion, confidentiality and attention to detail. Ability to interact with all levels of the University (including senior leadership) and with external constituents. Dedicated team player.
