          Job Details: Responsible for selection/acquisition/management of all supply inventory and equipment needs for Surgical Services. Will perform research and cost/benefit analysis for new and existing products used in Surgical Services. Uses data to plan/implement performance improvement strategies related to product use/selection for professional, medical and ancillary staff. Manages all aspects of instrument purchase requests to include capital requests. Collaborates and communicates with physicians and Directors in all phases of purchasing process. Associates degree or equivalent college experience, will consider candidates with significant work experience in a similar role. RN degree preferred or LPN or Surgical Technician. Minimum of 5 years in healthcare/OR setting with materials management exposure required.
