          Shift: Days
          Hours: On Call/ Sun-Sat- days
          Weekend Requirement: As Needed on Weekends

          Job Details:
          Statement of Purpose:  
          Performs routine blood and specimen collection for patients residing in short and long term care facilities and home bound patients in our service area. May also be required to work in our offsite blood collection stations as needed Performs phlebotomy procedures, including bleeding times, blood and cultures.

          Qualifications:

          1. Education:  High School Diploma or Equivalent. Phlebotomy training required.

          2. Certification / License: Valid Driver’s license. ASCP or eligible.

          3.  Experience: Ability to communicate fluently in English. Phlebotomy training preferred.  Computer/Keyboard experience helpful.
